State-Wise Quarantine Instructions

HQ - Home Quarantine IQ - Institutional Quarantine PO - Passenger Obligation SM - Self Monitoring

All Incoming passengers aged 2 years and above arriving shall have to mandatorily carry RT-PCR negative test report issued from ICMR approved lab, subject to the condition that RT-PCR test should have been taken within 48 hours. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
In addition to the above, all incoming passengers who have a foreign travel history in the last 30days, all unvaccinated and partially vaccinated shall also undergo RT-PCR test upon arrival free of cost and will have to self-isolate themselves till the result is received.
Thermal Screening Shall be done for all passengers. COVID test for passengers at the discretion of Health Officials PO – Register in www.spandana.ap.gov.in
HQ – 7 Days – All passengers even if the test of the result conducted on arrival is negative
Passengers travelling to Assam state are mandatorily required to be in possession of RT-PCR negative report of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate (i.e., two doses complete.
Passengers who are symptomatic and passengers not in possession of RTPCR negative certificate or final vaccination certificate (two doses complete) shall be required to undergo RTPCR test on arrival into the state at their own cost @INR 250 per test.
Exemption: Passengers who have taken COVID vaccination Final Certificate (i.e., two doses completed) are exempted from the RT-PCR negative report.
For PATNA : Quarantine:  NIL
The thermal screening will be conducted upon arrival.
Random RAT test will be free of cost at arrivals for passengers from other sectors.
For GAYA: All passengers arriving at the city of Gaya are mandatorily required to be in possession of RT-PCR negative report of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab or COVID vaccination Final Certificate (two doses complete).
Passengers not in possession of RT-PCR negative report or Final Vaccination Certificate shall be required to undergo RAT test upon arrival free of cost
For DARBHANGA: It is mandatory for passengers travelling from the cities of Mumbai and Chennai to carry RT-PCR negative reports from an ICMR accredited lab done within the last 72hrs. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time. Customers not in possession of a negative RT PCR certificate shall be denied boarding at the origin station
Mandatory 10 days quarantine for passengers arriving Delhi & NCR, Maharashtra, Kerala & Punjab.
The quarantine will be determined based on the test results.
PO:- Carry RAT/RT-PCR negative report as per the guidelines mentioned in the Health Screening section.
Passengers travelling to Chandigarh are mandatorily required to be in possession of RT-PCR negative report of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate (two doses complete). RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
The above is not applicable to infants and children below the age of 10 years.

All passengers travelling to Chhattisgarh are advised to be in possession of an RT-PCR negative report not earlier than 96Hrs or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate (after 2 doses of vaccination). RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time
Passengers arriving without RT-PCR negative reports shall be tested upon arrival free of cost.
Passengers undergoing test upon arrival shall be required to remain in home quarantine till the test result is declared.
Exemption: Children below the age of 12 years shall be exempted from pre-departure RT-PCR and on arrival test.
Passengers in possession of the final vaccination certificate, i.e., those who have taken both doses shall be exempted from the pre-departure RT-PCR requirement.
HQ – 10 Days Passengers who are found positive.
In view of the surge in the number of COVID-19 cases, random sample collection will be done for passengers arriving from states where there has been a spurt in the number of COVID-19 cases. Passengers will be allowed to exit after sample collection.

Mandatory for all passengers arriving into Goa from other States/UT to be in possession of RT-PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT/Rapid Antigen Test negative report from ICMR accredited labs done within the last 72hrs, the timeline starts from the swab collection time
Exemption: If the passengers are fully vaccinated and have completed 15 days from receipt of the 2nd dose.
Passengers arriving from Kerala shall be allowed entry into Goa only on production RT-PCR negative report from ICMR accredited labs done within the last 72hrs. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
Ahmedabad :
o Thermal screening shall be conducted for all arriving passengers
o Passengers originating their journey from any city in Kerala or Maharashtra state to the city of Ahmedabad are required to be in possession of RT-PCR negative certificate of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab or final vaccination certificate (i.e., both doses complete and should have surpassed 15 days from the receipt of the 2nd dose). RT-PCR timeline starts from the time of sample collection. Passengers not in possession of RTPCR
negative/vaccination certificate shall be required to undergo RAT upon arrival free of cost
Vadodara & Rajkot:
o Thermal screening shall be conducted for all arriving passengers.
Surat 
o Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.
o It is mandatory for passengers arriving into the city of Surat from other states/UT to carry a negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours from an ICMR approved laboratory. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
o Children below the age of 12 years will be exempted.
PO – Domestic travellers from other states arriving at Surat have to fill online “Novel corona self-reporting form” and download the “SMC COVID-19 Tracker” app.

Passengers originating their journey from any city in Maharashtra and Kerala state (irrespective of their vaccination status) to any city in Karnataka state shall be mandatorily required to be in possession of RTPCR negative certificate of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab. Children below the age of 2 years are exempted.
IQ – 7 Days for All students arriving from Kerala State in pursuance of their studies in any discipline but not restricted to nursing, medical, engineering, paramedical, etc.
HQ – 14 Days for all passengers who are not in possession of RT-PCR negative certificate and are not willing to undergo RT PCR upon arrival.
All passengers travelling to Kerala are required to be in possession of the RTPCR negative report not earlier than 72Hrs. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
Exempted: Passengers who are fully vaccinated i.e.., those who have received both doses are exempted from pre-departure RT-PCR requirement on production of final vaccination certificate.

Bhopal , Jabalpur & Indore 
Thermal screening and shall be done upon arrival.
Gwalior
Passengers arriving from Maharashtra State are required to be in possession of RT-PCR negative reports not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab. Those not in possession of the RT-PCR report upon arrival shall be required to undergo the test on arrival free of cost. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
PO: Self-declaration is mandatory for all arriving passengers to Indore.

Mandatory for passengers arriving from ANY state to carry an RTPCR/TRUENAT/CB-NAAT/RAT negative report from ICMR approved lab not earlier than 72 hours. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
Exempted:
Fully vaccinated passengers i.e., those who have received both doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine and have completed 15 days from the receipt of the 2nd dose shall be exempted from the requirement of pre-departure RT-PCR/TRUENAT/CBNAAT/Rapid Antigen tests on the production of valid vaccination certificate.

Passengers looking for an exemption from quarantine and on arrival, testing can do so if in possession of negative RT-PCR/ True Nat/ CBNAAT, conducted from an ICMR approved lab within 72 hours of arrival into the state. RT-PCR/ True Nat/ CBNAAT timeline starts from the time of sample collection

All passengers travelling to Nagaland mandatorily need to be in possession of RTPCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT negative report not earlier than 72 hours RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time. If not in possession of the above they shall be required to undergo a test at their own cost.
Exempted:
Passengers who are fully vaccinated i.e.., those who have received both doses are exempted from on arrival RT PCR Test on the production of final vaccination certificate.
Passengers who have received 1 dose of the vaccine and have elapsed 15 days shall also be exempted from on arrival testing as well however will have to undergo 7 days home quarantine.

Passengers originating their journey from any city in Kerala state to any city in Tamil Nadu state shall be mandatorily required to be in possession of an RT-PCR negative certificate of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab or final vaccination certificate (i.e., both doses complete). RT-PCR timeline starts from the time of sample collection.
Passengers arriving into Coimbatore:- It is mandatory for all passengers arriving in CJB to have Auto EPass & also carry a negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
Exempted from Quarantine: Business Travelers for a short stay of 72 hrs are exempted. (Not applicable to CJB).
