Compliance Manager

The compliancer manager is a travel policy enforcement tool which helps the corporate to create travel policy, map them to different employees bands and effectively monitor them. The tool provides different flexibilities to create and manage policies.

Booking Engine

The booking engine provides the ability for the user to directly connect to different travel suppliers globally. The engine is connected to global distribution systems, airline reservations system, hotel reservation system, consolidator web sites, car rental companies. The system provides you the flexibility to search, block, book and issue ticket seamlessly to the different travel suppliers.

Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager creates an invoice as soon as the booking is completed. The system automatically consolidates the invoices on a fortnightly basis for credit settlement and emails it to the corporate administrator. On recepit of payment, the system matches payments by invoice and settles them. The system seamlessly interfaces with different payment solutions like credit card, deposit, credit terms and Amex BTA for payment and settlement.

Reports

The system has over 50 standard reports which covers the entire gamut of reporting requirements of the corporate. Custom reports can further be configured in the system to match any further requirements of the corporate. Some of the standard reports in the system are as follows :

• Booking made between Full service carrier Vs Low cost Carriers.
• Booking days to departure date (i.e this report will highlight whether employees are planning their trip well in advance or not.
• Opportunity loss (ie Company booked higher fare ticket when there was low fare ticket options available)
• Actual saving reports (this report will show what is the saving company has made when employees bought distressed inventory ticket, and also it will show saving on no transaction fee/management fee charges from Atyourprice.
• Cancellation rate and airline charges.
• Department wise, location wise travel spend analysis report including Budget vs actual.
• Cost centre wise budget vs actual.
• Group Travel spending analysis (Dash board)

Contract Tracker

The contract tracking system provides the corporate a system to upload the contracts of different travel suppliers in the software use them effectively. The system further helps the corporate monitor the usage of the negotiated rates against the original obligation.

Guest House Manager

This system allows the corporate to load their company guest house in different locations and manage them through the system. The system has the capability to load the inventory, book the rooms, send e-mail and SMS confirmations and cancel the book. The system generates a range of reports which allow the user to quickly monitor the utilization of rooms and track the performance of different guest houses.

Work Flow Configurator

The work flow configurator is an unique feature which allows the corporate to set different work flows for different employees or employee groups. This flexibility helps in the implementation of complex travel process.
